Nu Skin Purchase Agreement

3. Independent Contractor I acknowledge and agree that as a distributor, I am an independent contractor of Nu Skin. I am not an employee, agent or legal representative of Nu Skin and I am not authorized to act on behalf of Nu Skin except to the extent contractually permitted. Nothing in the Agreement is intended or intended to be a partnership, agency, employer-employee or joint venture relationship between Nu Skin and me. If you apply by phone, a temporary account will be created. With a temporary account, you need to purchase a portfolio of nonprofit businesses with your first product order. You can operate a temporary account for up to 60 days. If you have created a temporary account, you are bound by all the terms of the contract. You may request a permanent temporary account by providing the Company with a printed copy of the Distribution Agreement or as provided online. If a temporary account is not made permanent within 60 days, the customer`s order and bonus funds can be placed in the account. If a temporary account does not become permanent within 90 days, it can be terminated.

“Business Wallet” means the non-ordered, non-profit kit and is the only purchase required to become a distributor. The business portfolio includes policies and procedures, the sales compensation plan, a distribution agreement, and other sales and demonstration materials that help a distributor start and run its independent business. The Automatic Delivery Rewards Program (“ADR Program”) is an optional program available in certain authorized countries. The ADR program allows you to place a standing order with the Company, which is easily sent to you monthly and debited from your credit card, savings account or checking account on a recurring monthly basis. The terms of the ADR program can be found in the Automatic Delivery Rewards Agreement and on the company`s website. The Company may (i) terminate the ADR Program at any time and for any reason, and (ii) your right to participate in the ADR Program as described in the ADR Program Terms and Conditions. You may cancel your monthly ADR Program order with written notice as described in the ADR Program Terms and Conditions. If you own or are employed by a service-related facility, you may make the Company`s products available to customers through that facility as long as you provide your customers with appropriate screening and ongoing support as required by the contract.

In any case, no product banners or other promotional materials may be displayed visibly to the public in order to attract the general public to the facility to purchase products. a) A service-related entity is an entity whose revenues are generated primarily through the provision of personal services and not through the sale of products, and whose use is controlled by customers through membership or appointment. (b) Distributors may sell products only through service-related entities that provide product-related services. For example, Pharmanex products can be sold in the offices of doctors and other health professionals, in gyms or gyms. Nu Skin products can be sold in hair salons, beauty salons, nail shops or tanning salons. 5. Refunds For thirty (30) days from the date of submission of this Distribution Agreement, I may receive a 100% refund for the required portfolio of activities and thereafter a 90% refund in accordance with the refund policy of the policies and procedures. Subject to the restrictions of the above refund policy or special conditions disclosed at the time of purchase, all unopened and resaleable Nu Skin products returned within twelve months of the distributor`s order date will be entitled to a 90% refund less any bonuses paid.

(Connecticut residents – may receive a 100% product refund 30 days after submitting the distributor agreement). There are three parties to this agreement: Nu Skin Enterprises United States, Inc., Nu Skin International, Inc. and I. The Agreement consists of five sections: (A) Definitions, (B) Distribution Agreement and Product Purchase Agreement, (C) International Sponsorship Agreement, (D) Binding and Binding Arbitration Agreement, and (E) Other Terms. The distribution agreement and the product purchase agreement are between Nu Skin Enterprises United States, Inc. and myself. The international sponsorship agreement is between Nu Skin International, Inc. and me. The binding and binding arbitration agreement and other provisions are concluded between the three parties. The company offers the service of collecting and remitting state sales tax to your state at the time of your purchase. The sales tax amount is based on the recommended retail price of a product, which is calculated at your local tax rate.

You can recover prepaid sales tax when you make a retail sale. The only purchase required to become a distributor is the portfolio of non-profit activities, which does not generate bonuses. .
