If you are asked to provide your Device ID to someone, for example if you are beta-testing, here is an easy way to do it:<\/p>\n

  1. Connect the device to your Mac or PC.\n
  2. On the “Summary” tab in iTunes, click the “Serial Number” label. You will notice that “Serial Number” changes to “Identifier”.\n
  3. Click on the “Edit” menu and select “Copy”. This works even though you can’t select the\n<\/ol>\n
